Terms & Conditions – Render Walk
Welcome to Render Walk, operated by Rangrag Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Render Walk offers professional interior design, 3D visualization, architectural rendering, and virtual tour services. All services are customized as per client requirements.
2. Project Engagement
A project begins once the client approves the quotation and completes the initial payment. All designs, concepts, and deliverables are owned by Render Walk until full payment is received.
3. Payments
All payments are to be made as per the mutually agreed milestones. Delay in payment may result in project suspension or delayed delivery.
4. Revisions
Render Walk provides revisions as defined in the selected plan or quotation. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Deliverables
Final deliverables include design layouts, renders, or walkthrough files as specified. Source files or editable formats are shared only if agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All renders, visuals, and designs created by Render Walk remain its intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients may use the final deliverables solely for the intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Render Walk shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, designs, or materials.
8. Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project as per the refund policy stated below. Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be chargeable.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat (India) courts only.
